  1. Drag on the waveform to create a blue region.
  2. Use the double-arrow handles to resize — Start/End/Length update live.
  3. When you stretch to the visible edge, the waveform auto-scrolls so you can keep resizing.
  4. Use Zoom for long audio. The waveform is horizontally scrollable.
  5. Choose Export selection or Remove selection, pick MP3/WAV, then download.
